Depends on how much money you want to spend. Google ads is probably the best. They place your ads on sites all over the internet, depending on the category of your site and how much you’re willing to spend for top listings.
If you’re on a shoestring budget, reciprocal links work well. That’s where you place links to other websites on your site and they do the same for you on their site(s)
